GAMING PUG LOCATION RULES AND GUIDELINES:

 

To make the GAMING PUG location a safe and pleasant space for everyone, we apply the following rules. Anyone who enters the premises of GAMING PUG located at Strada Soldat Petre M. Tină 40A C1, Bucharest, Sector 3, Postal Code 030403 is expected to comply with these rules, unless they apply temporary or indefinite bans.

This gaming venue is a significant investment. Televisions, monitors, consoles, simulators and peripheral equipment are very expensive, so GAMING PUG employees reserve the right to suspend access to anyone at any time, for any reason.

Once the venue's capacity is reached, no one else can enter. Minimum age of 14 is required to enter without a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older. Children must be mature enough to follow the instructions and rules of the playroom. They must be mature enough to handle the gaming machines properly. Children should be mature enough to use the toilets themselves. This includes entering and exiting toilets alone. The doors are heavy and require a certain level of strength to open. Children are free to come and go as they please, but while inside they will be supervised and must be on their best behavior. We have a very small staff. If there is an emergency and staff must leave the building, children must be mature enough to stay outside on their own until a parent can pick them up. We ask that everyone who comes to play respect the staff, respect each other and respect each other.

The game room will be monitored by several video cameras. GAMING PUG will not be responsible for items brought into the building.

Respect everyone. Any disrespectful, rude or disruptive behavior will result in your immediate removal from the venue.

​

Respect all equipment (you are responsible for any equipment you break/damage and will be charged for it at its replacement value).

​

No violent behavior, vulgar or discriminatory language.

​

DO NOT remove games from consoles, you will pay for them.

​

DO NOT touch games, consoles, TVs or any equipment on the premises without permission.

​

Chewing gum is not allowed in the location.

​

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

​

People under the influence of alcoholic beverages or hallucinogenic substances prohibited by law, or people with prohibited objects such as white weapons and firearms, are not allowed in the location.

​

Food or drink from outside is not allowed in the location.

​

Spilling liquids of any kind on electronic equipment is prohibited.

​

Open fire is prohibited in the location.

​

By entering the Venue, you agree and acknowledge that you may be subjected to graphic or offensive content.

​

DO NOT delete the save files. If you want to start a new game, a staff member MUST assist you.

​

You must practice proper hygiene, including hand washing, before and after using our equipment.

​

Without children under the age of 14 unattended, the check will be done by presenting an ID.

Don't ban our online accounts by changing your settings.

​

Do not purchase games or install other games on consoles.

​

Theft will be prosecuted according to the legislation in force, also any form of insults, violence or inappropriate behavior will lead to the request for the intervention of the competent bodies.

​

Respect the people around you by maintaining appropriate behavior and a low noise level.

​

Be aware of trip hazards! We are NOT responsible if you don't keep track of where you are going.

GAMING PUG does not guarantee the availability of any equipment/games in the library.

By using the Venue Space, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the Space and Controllers.

​

If you cause damage to any games, consoles, controllers or ANY GAMING PUG property, the cost of the damaged property will be borne by you on site.

​

Guests may be asked to leave by staff at ANY time. (We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone).

​

We reserve the right to select our clientele.

 

Game Room Rules:

Any action or behavior that is disruptive, disruptive or potentially harmful to others, including but not limited to harassment, foul language, fighting or inciting violence, is not permitted.

Do not misuse the equipment.

Do not change games or adjust video or audio. If you need assistance, ask GAMIG PUG staff.

Only games owned by GAMING PUG will be allowed, access with own games is not allowed.

It is the player's or their guardian's responsibility to follow the age guidelines of the games. GAMING PUG is not responsible for verifying the minimum game age stated by the game developer.

Consequences of not following the rules:

Minor Offense = Player may be asked to leave the venue if they fail to comply with the above rules or any other rules imposed by GAMING PUG staff.

Major offense or second minor offense = access to the venue may be suspended for up to one week. The parent will be contacted.

Continuing offense = access to the venue will be permanently suspended.

 

Check-in/out rules:

All first-time entrants to the GAMING PUG venue must read and agree to the Gaming Venue Rules and Regulations before being allowed to enter.

  Access to the location is by appointment only.

If there is any problem with the equipment, the GAMING PUG team must be notified.

Return all equipment for inspection and log off before leaving.

Damage to the equipment will be treated as follows:

Any normal wear and tear on the equipment will be replaced at GAMING PUG's expense.

If any of the equipment is damaged or malfunctioning, notify your GAMING PUG representative promptly to ensure that you do not incur the cost of repair/replacement.

Willful damage or theft of any equipment will result in suspension and additional charge equal to the cost of replacement.
